On Dec. 5th , Ф219mm rotary hearth furnace for three-roll mandrel mill production line EPC contracted by CERI Phoenix in Yuannan Qujing Iron and Steel Group Phoenix Co., Ltd was successfully ignited.

CERI Phoenix constructed one rotary hearth furnace and one mandrel preheating furnace as well as its auxiliary facilities for this project. Pulse-combustion control and automatic control computer system for furnace temperature and pressure are applied for combustion system of rotary hearth furnace, its sequential control system has been realized the computer automatic control of tube blank production process from the furnace charge door to discharging door. After the commercial operation of rotary hearth furnace, the production with high-quality, efficient, intelligent, green and low-carbon will be achieved.
