Sansteel Minguang Co., Ltd., Fujian has designed a new semi-continuous production line for high-quality alloy steel bars with medium and large diameters as part of its 800,000 t Medium- and Large-Diameter High-quality Bar Project. The production line's heating furnace is an air and gas regenerative heating furnace. It incorporates advanced special steel heating furnace technology and equipment developed independently by CERI Phoenix Industrial Furnace Co., Ltd., including features like low NOx combustion technology, pulse combustion control, optimized furnace temperature control, and furnace pressure and atmosphere regulation. With various energy-saving measures implemented, the furnace has achieved top-tier technical, economic, and environmental performance in China, along with international leadership in ultra-low NOx emissions.
