Heating Furnace Project for Two High-speed Wire Production Lines of Jiangsu Yonggang Group

The hot loaded test run for Line B of the two high-speed wire production lines for production and R&D of special steel with ultra-high strength and high ductility of Jiangsu Yonggang Group has been successfully completed. The transfer of the fiery-red billets to the rolling mill via the roller table signifies the commencement of Line B's trial production stage.

CERI Phoenix Industrial Furnace Co., Ltd. has built a walking beam heating furnace for the high-speed wire production Line A and Line B of Jiangsu Yonggang Group, respectively. Throughout the construction of the Project, the project team made all-out efforts to achieve the objectives of each node with high standards and quality through efficient coordination. The heating furnace for Line A has been successfully put into operation in October 2023. The successful hot test run of the heating furnace for Line B marks that the Heating Furnace Project for two high-speed wire production lines of Jiangsu Yonggang Group has been put into full production, which is expected to optimize product structure, enhance quality, lower costs, and boost efficiency for the Group.

1,780 mm High-end Light Industrial Plate Production Line Heating Furnace Project of Wuzhou Yongda Steel Co., Ltd. in Guangxi

The No.2 heating furnace of the 1,780 mm High-end Light Industrial Plate Production Line Heating Furnace Project of Wuzhou Yongda Steel Co., Ltd. in Guangxi contracted by CERI Phoenix Industrial Furnace Co., Ltd. has completed a successful hot test run, producing fiery-red steel billets, and has officially entered the production run stage.

The 1,780 mm High-end Light Industrial Plate Production Line Project of Wuzhou Yongda Steel Co., Ltd. is a key "double-hundred and double-new" project in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Once completed, the Project will address the current absence of wide plates and ultra-pure stainless steel products in Guangxi, thereby fostering high-quality development within the stainless steel hot rolling and cold rolling industry in the region. As the general contractor, CERI Phoenix Industrial Furnace Co., Ltd. constructed two heating furnaces for the production line. The construction incorporates state-of-the-art stainless steel heating furnace technology and equipment developed by CERI Phoenix Industrial Furnace Co., Ltd., along with various energy-saving and control technologies, aiming to meet design objectives of high efficiency, top quality, reduced energy consumption, environmentally friendly practices, and automated production operations. The No. 1 heating furnace has been put into operation earlier. The successful hot test run of No. 2 heating furnace this time signifies the transition of the whole project into full production.

The heating furnace contracted by CERI Phoenix Industrial Furnace Co., Ltd. for the High Performance Special Alloy Material Industrialization and High-speed Wire Intelligent Technology Transformation Project of Jiangsu Shenyuan Group has completed a successful hot test run, producing fiery-red steel billets, and has officially entered the production run stage.

As the general contractor, CERI Phoenix Industrial Furnace Co., Ltd. constructed a walking beam heating furnace for the High-speed Wire Intelligent Technology Transformation Project of Jiangsu Shenyuan Group. To meet specific requirements for heating stainless steel and various special steel types, CERI Phoenix Industrial Furnace Co., Ltd. conducted a customized design of the heating furnace with enhanced capabilities.
