On June 14, Metallurgy China 2023 opened at Shanghai New International Expo Centre. CERI actively responded to the call of MCC, and relevant digital and intelligent products were unveiled in the Intelligent Metallurgy Exhibition Area. Metallurgy China is an internationally renowned metallurgical industry exhibition certified by the Union of International Fairs (UFI), and also the second largest metallurgy and metal hot working exhibition in the world. It is sponsored by China Iron and Steel Association, Metallurgical Council of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Association of China Refractories Industry.

On the opening day of the exhibition, CERI's digital and intelligent booths attracted many well-known domestic and international businessmen who stopped by for visits and discussions. The exhibition attendees demonstrated a keen willingness for potential cooperation. Among them, the digital twin factory and virtual operation training products independently developed by CERI have aroused strong interest from many exhibition attendees. They personally wore virtual glasses to experience and gain an in-depth understanding of the products, and unanimously expressed praise and recognition.

Based on more than 70 years of engineering design experience in steel enterprises and combined with advanced IT technology, CERI has built the first domestic industrial Internet architecture in the steel industry, and created a digital twin factory management platform covering the full life cycle, connecting the full process flow and integrating full business data. As a typical application case of this technology, the digital factory project of the New Area of HBIS Group Tangsteel Company has attracted many visitors.

The digital construction scheme of CERI has applied industrial Internet platform, big data analysis, artificial intelligence, digital twin and other technologies, and developed a digital factory operation and maintenance platform with multiple levels of "factory-level, workshop-level and equipment-level" to realize vertical integration of company-level, process-level and equipment-level, and horizontal coverage of all businesses such as production, logistics, equipment, quality, safety, energy and environmental protection.
