Recently, CERI won the bid and signed a contract for the heating furnace project of the 2250mm hot rolling production line of ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (AMNSI).

AMNSI plans to add a new 2250mm hot rolling production line of 5.5 MTA to its existing steel mill. The production line is equipped with three 420t/h heating furnaces and a No.4 furnace reserved for future use. After careful consideration and communication, AMNSI has chosen CERI Phoenix Industrial Furnace Co. Ltd. as its supplier for heating furnace design and equipment to complete furnace process design, equipment supply, installation guidance, commissioning, etc. The project will feature three heating furnaces incorporating low-nitrogen combustion technology independently developed by CERI Phoenix Industrial Furnace Co. Ltd., the latest ultra-low nitrogen oxide burner, intelligent steel burning control system, "proportional + pulse" control, and other world-advanced heating furnace technologies and process equipment. The single-furnace output of 420t/h will set a new record for the maximum single-furnace output in hot rolling heating furnaces of CERI Phoenix Industrial Furnace Co. Ltd.

As the controlling shareholder of AMNSI, ArcelorMittal Group is a world-famous steel manufacturer. This project marks the first collaboration between CERI and ArcelorMittal Group in the field of large-scale projects and represents another milestone for CERI Phoenix Industrial Furnace Co. Ltd. as it expands its services overseas following successful projects in Turkey, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Malaysia, Algeria, and other countries.
