On April 28, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China issued the Announcement on Approving the Qualification List of the Fourth Batch of Construction Engineering Enterprises in 2023. CERI successfully won the Class A qualification of "Engineering Survey for Engineering Exploration", adding another "A" in addition to the original Class A qualification of engineering exploration (geotechnical engineering).

Class A qualification for engineering survey is an important part of engineering exploration qualification and also an important basis for obtaining comprehensive Class A qualification for exploration. As the first engineering technology enterprise in China with "three comprehensive and one special" qualifications, CERI has greatly expanded the scope of municipal and housing construction projects and provided a strong access guarantee for deepening the highway market after obtaining two professional Class A qualifications of geotechnical engineering and engineering survey.

Especially in the field of highways, CERI has achieved solid qualifications for contracting high-end highway projects, from obtaining Class A certification in the design and comprehensive qualification evaluation of the National Highway Construction Market Credit Information Management System project by the Ministry of Transport to being rated AA in the national comprehensive credit evaluation of highway design enterprises, as well as holding the "Double Class A" qualification for engineering survey.
