Recently, CERI signed a supply contract with Rizhao Yulan New Materials Co., Ltd. for a large six-roller six-stand pickling and tandem cold rolling unit, marking the successful launch of CERI's new pickling and rolling unit, namely the world's first six-roller six-stand pickling and tandem cold rolling unit, and the another breakthrough of CERI in this field.

The annual output of CERI's new pickling and rolling unit is 700,000 t, the maximum speed of the unit is 1,450 m/min, and the product specification is 1,100 mm (max) x 0.15 mm (min). With this unit, Rizhao Yulan will achieve comprehensive improvements in product quality, product yield, energy saving, consumption reduction, and intelligence.

With the rapid development of industries such as food packaging and chemical industry, the market demand for thin tinned and chrome-plated sheet coils with high precision and high surface quality is increasing. In combination with the production characteristics of tinned and chrome-plated sheet coils, CERI independently developed and successfully designed the first large, high-speed, high-precision and high-intelligence six-roller six-stand pickling and rolling unit. The unit is equipped with various compensation functions such as automatic control of hydraulic roll gap, roll gap presetting, screwdown tilt control, rolling force control, single-side rolling force control, AGC gain self-adaption, mill eccentricity compensation, acceleration compensation of entry tension roll, mill stiffness correction and plastic stiffness correction of rolled pieces, and it can produce products as thin as 0.15mm with a screwdown rate of 93%.

In the last decade, CER has always ranked among the top in the market in China in terms of pickling and rolling products, with a total of 15 pickling and rolling units completed, and its project quality has been highly praised in the industry.
