Recently, CERI Manufacturing Executive & Managing System Co., Ltd. signed a contract for the intelligent manufacturing informatization project with Hebei Anfeng Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. This is the largest contract for intelligent manufacturing informatization project signed in the history of the company. The Project is another company-wide intelligent manufacturing informatization system project in respect of previous contracts for similar projects signed with Linyi Special Steel, Jincheng Iron & Steel and Fujian Dingsheng Iron & Steel, further demonstrating the technological leadership and brand advantages of intelligent manufacturing products of CERI.

Taking the opportunity of building an intelligent control center, Hebei Anfeng Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. builds a flat, integrated and efficient operation mechanism platform, integrates business information of production, quality, logistics, equipment, energy, environment, and security, realizes the control of the whole process from delivering raw fuel to the plant, manufacturing to finished product delivery, and centralizes factors related to production and operation to achieve multi-discipline and multi-factor collaborative control. In the project, we will build an intelligent control center system, an intelligent production management system, an intelligent system for energy management and centralized control, an intelligent logistics system, an intelligent equipment management system, an inspection and testing system, a big data platform and a digital factory, etc., and use information technologies such as industrial Internet, big data, cloud computing, and digital twin to make the operation control system standardized, process-oriented and data-based, lead the enterprise to make a management reform and business improvements, promote the construction of an intelligent plant with the core concept of "Smart Anfeng", continuously improve the operation and control ability of the enterprise, and create the smart control brain of Anfeng Iron & Steel.
