On February 2, the new No.1 heating furnace for 3,500mm medium-thick plates of Luan Steel Holding Group Co., Ltd. contracted by CERI Phoenix Industrial Furnace Co., Ltd.  as the General Contractor was successfully ignited.

The 3,500mm medium-thick plate rolling mill project of Luan Steel is a new project. CERI Phoenix Industrial Furnace Co., Ltd. undertook the construction of 3 supporting walking beam heating furnaces of the production line. The construction of the 3 heating furnaces started at the same time. The other 2 heating furnaces will be ignited and heated up subsequently.

The heating furnaces of the Project use blast furnace gas as fuel, and adopt the dual regenerative combustion technology independently developed by CERI Phoenix Industrial Furnace Co., Ltd., and intelligent control systems such as the system for centralized reversing by section and by side, automatic adjustment system of air-fuel ratio and heat supply in each section, and automatic control system of furnace pressure, to realize high quality, high efficiency, low burning loss and low emission. The main technical, economic and environmental protection indicators of this green intelligent heating furnace reached the first-class level in China.
