On October 13, the hot load test run of Heilongjiang Jianlong bar production line, in which CERI was responsible for upgrading the PLC system, was successfully completed.

Heilongjiang Jianlong's bar main rolling line and flying shear electric control system upgrading project involves the upgrading of operating system, electric control system and HMI server hot standby system, etc. It is necessary to integrate all electric control software and operating interfaces of the existing production line, and the workload related to software is enormous. Only 5 days planned for the upgrading poses a huge challenge for the transformation project, which is also a major test for the technical level and engineering organization and implementation ability of the electric control commissioning team of Ruida Company.
