On July 15, with the first galvanized finished coil of Huajin International Holding's galvanizing unit rolling off the line stably, the one-time hot load test run of the unit was successfully conducted. The performance, strip shape and surface quality of the product are fully qualified.

As a package supplier of galvanizing unit, CERI is also responsible for the technology of the equipment offered to Huajin International Holding. The plating variety is designed into pure zinc plating and zinc aluminum magnesium plating. The two-pot three-position arrangement is adopted. The products are positioned as high-grade building material plate, high-grade household appliance plate, highly corrosion-resistant zinc aluminum magnesium plate, etc.

With designed annual output of 350,000 tons, the galvanizing unit will be used for size of 0.35-2.5mm×500-850mm, with products including CQ, DQ, DDQ, EDDQ and HSS. The unit adopts UEC hot-dip galvanizing process, with the maximum process speed up to 180m/min.
