Recently, 2# hot galvanizing line at the PT. Lautan Steel Indonesia’s hot-dip galvanizing works-for which equipment was supplied by Capital Engineering & Research Incorporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as CERI)-successfully passed its hot test on the first attempt and has been put into operation. 

Following the commissioning of 1# hot galvanizing line in early April, and with the strong support of the Owner and the active cooperation of all parties involved, 2# hot galvanizing line efficiently completed all pre-commissioning preparations-including no-load commissioning, cold joint commissioning, drying-out, and zinc melting-in just 40 days. The hot commissioning was successfully completed on the first attempt, and the first coil was successfully produced. All performance tests met the required standards. 

The key equipment for the hot galvanizing line being constructed for the Project was independently developed by CERI, which holds the exclusive intellectual property right. It offers technical advantages such as high energy efficiency, uniform coating, and high product precision.
