Recently, the 200MW/400MWh Independent Shared Energy Storage Power Station Project of Taipusi Banner Rongxin New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., which is an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project jointly undertaken by Capital Engineering & Research Incorporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as CERI) and Hunan Huabang Construction Co., Ltd., successfully completed the full-capacity one-time grid connection and was put into operation. 

This project is a key new energy support project in the region. After commissioning, the power station will give full play to its core functions, such as peak shaving and valley filling, frequency and voltage regulation, new energy consumption, and grid security assurance, to effectively enhance the stability of the regional power system and the reliability of power supply, strongly promote the accelerated establishment of a clean, low-carbon, safe, and efficient modern energy system in Taipusi Banner, and inject strong momentum into the local green and low-carbon transformation. 

During the project construction period, facing multiple challenges such as extreme cold weather, a short effective construction period in winter, complex cross-operations, and high on-site coordination difficulties, CERI fully undertook its responsibilities as a central enterprise and leveraged its advantages in whole-chain project management. By adopting an integrated coordination model of "design-procurement-construction-commissioning-grid connection", CERI established an efficient and collaborative project management system. It strictly implemented the special plan for construction in extreme cold conditions, rigorously controlled safety, quality, and schedule, and ensured the high-standard and high-efficiency advancement of the project through refined management and strong performance capabilities, successfully completing all construction tasks.
