On February 28, the quenching furnace and tempering furnace of the Φ245 heat treatment line project of Haiyu New Materials Co., Ltd. of Shandong Guangfu Group, undertaken by CERI Phoenix Industrial Furnace Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CERI Phoenix Industrial Furnace”), a subsidiary of CERI, were successfully ignited. This marks that the core thermal equipment of the project has officially entered the trial operation stage, laying a solid foundation for the commissioning of the entire line. 

As a national-level manufacturing single champion enterprise, CERI Phoenix Industrial Furnace leveraged its full-industry-chain service capabilities to actively engage in the whole process from process design and technical optimization to equipment manufacturing. Relying on a full-lifecycle intelligent system, it developed a customized thermal engineering solution tailored to the production of high-end special pipes. The two furnaces in the project employ the advanced ultra-low-nitrogen combustion technology independently developed by CERI Phoenix Industrial Furnace, and are equipped with a PLC intelligent control system for the whole process, achieving temperature control accuracy of ±5°C. While ensuring the stability and precision of the heat treatment process, the project achieves energy conservation, consumption reduction, and green, low-carbon goals, precisely aligning with the iron and steel industry’s requirements for high-quality development and green transformation.
