Relocation and Oxygen Production Project of Hansteel Contracted by CERI as the General Contractor: 16,000 Nm³/h Air Separation Unit Successfully Completed Hot Commissioning
Recently, the 16,000 Nm³/h air separation unit of the Relocation and Oxygen Production Project of Hansteel undertaken by Capital Engineering & Research Incorporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as CERI) successfully completed hot commissioning on the first attempt, successfully producing qualified oxygen. This marks the successful commissioning of the oxygen production unit and the completion of the final key milestone of the project.
This project is an important supporting project for the Old Area Retreating and Integration Project of Hansteel, and it is also the first air separation project in China, featuring one-off relocation and technical upgrading of four oxygen generation units. CERI undertakes the full lifecycle construction tasks, including consulting, design, procurement, and construction of the project. Among them, 1 set of 40,000 Nm³//h oxygen generation unit and two sets of 20,000 Nm³//h oxygen generation units have been delivered and put into service.
