Recently, the intelligent factory project of Yaxin Steel Group, delivered by CERI Digital Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CERI Digital Technology), a subsidiary of CERI, has been successfully launched at Lianyungang Yaxin Steel Co., Ltd. This marks the second cooperation between the two parties in the digital transformation of the iron and steel industry, following the intelligent manufacturing project for Fujian Dingsheng Steel. 

As a benchmark project for group-level intelligent management and control developed with full efforts by Yaxin Steel Group, the project covers four major production bases under the group located in Lianyungang, Baotou, Linfen and Anyang. Its initial rollout at the Lianyungang base lays a solid foundation for the subsequent intelligent promotion across the entire group. The system fully integrates core business links including procurement, sales, production, quality, inventory and logistics, and establishes a whole-process integrated intelligent management and control system characterized by "data-driven operation, process collaboration and intelligent decision-making". It helps achieve the "five-dimensional optimization" goals of shortening product R&D cycles, cutting resource and energy consumption, reducing operating costs, boosting production efficiency and upgrading product quality, injecting strong impetus into the digital transformation and high-quality development of Yaxin Steel Group.
