Recently, the High-end New Materials Standard Plant Building Project in Jingdezhen High-tech Zone, designed by Capital Engineering & Research Incorporation Limited (CERI), has passed the completion inspection. Located in the core area of Jingdezhen High-tech Zone, the Project covers a total land area of 146,000 square meters, with a total floor area of approximately 170,000 square meters. The master plan comprises 4 modern standard plant buildings, 1 supporting dormitory, and comprehensive ancillary facilities, forming an integrated industrial complex for R&D, production, and daily living. 

A representative from CERI, the Project Designer, stated that the concept of green architecture was incorporated into the plant's master planning from the outset. The plant features well-developed landscaping and comprehensive infrastructure, aiming to create a garden-style, modern industrial park. The principles of sustainability, nature, openness, and sharing have been integrated into both architectural design and the creation of spatial ambience, blending modern sensibilities with a focus on human-centered values.
