On October 11, Hot Stove No. 1 at Fushun New Iron & Steel's Blast Furnace Project, with MCC Capital Engineering & Research Incorporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "CERI") as the EPC Contractor, is ignited for drying-out, marking the official countdown to the commissioning of Blast Furnace No. 1.

The Project involves the construction of 2 x 1,400 m³ blast furnaces, including all major process systems and related auxiliary facilities. The Project fully embraces the green plant design philosophy, implementing low-carbon, environmentally friendly, and intelligent technologies to reduce blast furnaces' carbon emissions, achieve smart production and intelligent monitoring, and significantly enhance production efficiency and economic performance.
