Recently, the results of Beijing Association of Engineering Consultants' Outstanding Consulting Achievements selection and Beijing Engineering Exploration and Design Association's Outstanding Exploration and Design Achievements selection were announced. Capital Engineering & Research Incorporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "CERI") set a new record by receiving 36 consulting achievement awards and 26 survey and design awards. 

I. Consulting Achievements Growing Against Trend, Professional Excellence Gaining Further Recognition 

In 2025, CERI received 36 Outstanding Achievement Awards for Engineering Consulting in Beijing, representing a 33.3% increase over the previous year (2023). Beyond conventional metallurgical engineering projects, the award-winning projects also encompass those in key sectors vital to the national economy and the people's livelihood, including urban renewal and infrastructure construction. 

II. Progress in Both Quantity and Quality of Exploration and Design Awards, Fruitful Achievements in Technological Innovation 

The number of Engineering Exploration and Design Awards surged by 85.7% compared to the previous session (2023). The 26 award-winning projects include 3 that won the First Prize, namely the Hydrogen Energy Development and Utilization Project of HBIS Zhangxuan Tech, the Upgrading and Reconstruction Project for Environmental Protection Relocation of HBIS Group Shigang, and the Intelligent Environmental Protection Management and Control Platform of Baowu Group. They also include 8 that won the Second Prize, namely Eastern Steel Phase II Project in Malaysia, Xi'an Underground Utility Tunnel Project, the Urban and Rural Water Supply Integration Project in Guzhen County, etc. Notably, for the first time, 2 geotechnical engineering survey projects by CERI distinguished themselves in Beijing Exploration and Design Awards, earning second and third prizes respectively. This achievement signifies the ongoing enhancement of CERI’s full industrial chain service capabilities. 

III. Green and Intelligent Dual-Drive: Leading Share of Achievements in New Quality Productive Forces 

The award-winning projects demonstrate a flourishing diversity. With CERI's conventional strengths in metallurgy remaining robust, remarkable achievements have also been realized in municipal engineering, digital technology applications, water system engineering, and other fields. These honored projects are distributed throughout China and extend to international markets, including Kazakhstan and Southeast Asia, highlighting CERI's successful global expansion and underscoring the review panels' strong recognition of CERI's comprehensive technical expertise and international business capabilities. 

Moreover, the share of award-winning projects in green and intelligent fields has reached a new record. Green and low-carbon projects accounted for 25% of all consulting award-winning projects, while intelligent and digital projects made up 31% of exploration and design award-winning projects. These achievements powerfully attest to CERI’s effective implementation of the "dual carbon" strategy, the establishment of its "green + intelligent" dual-driven development model, and its substantial progress in cultivating new quality productive forces.

The 62 awards serve as authoritative recognition of CERI's technological capabilities and service quality, while vividly showcasing CERI's commitment to the national strategy of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality and advancing new quality productive forces.
