During the commissioning process, the CERI project team organized scientifically and collaborated efficiently. They worked with nearly 100 people from CERI Digital Technology Co., Ltd., Dalipal, MCC Tiangong Group and various equipment manufacturers to repeatedly discuss and optimize equipment parameters and operating procedures based on the commissioning plan. Scientific and rigorous testing were carried out for mechanical properties, electrical systems, safety devices and other aspects of the API screw threading line equipment, ensuring that all indicators met the design and production requirements. During this period, the commissioning work was completed for a total of 140 sets of single machines weighing more than 1,300 t, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent regional cold commissioning and formal production.
