CERI Assists TISCO in Ignition and Heating-Up of No. 2 High-Temperature Annealing Circular Furnace for High-End Cold Rolled Oriented Silicon Steel
On March 19, the No. 2 High-Temperature Annealing Circular Furnace of the Baowu TISCO High-End Cold-Rolled Oriented Silicon Steel Project was successfully ignited. This achievement marks the commissioning of another high-temperature annealing circular furnace for high-end cold-rolled oriented silicon steel, following the successful operation of the No. 1 furnace in 2021. This milestone demonstrates the technical expertise of MCC Capital Engineering & Research Incorporation Limited (CERI) in the field of high-end cold-rolled oriented silicon steel circular furnaces.
The TISCO High-End Cold-Rolled Oriented Silicon Steel Project is a key project in Shanxi Province. Cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets are referred to as the "artwork" of the metallurgical industry and represent the pinnacle of production technology in this sector. This type of silicon steel is a critical strategic product for TISCO and plays a vital role in its range of special steel varieties.
CERI's high-end cold-rolled oriented silicon steel high-temperature annealing circular furnace for TISCO features a suite of independently developed advanced technologies, including a fully automatic independent protective gas control system, a fully automatic atmosphere detection online analyzer system, a fully automatic combustion and cooling control system, and an absolute safety guarantee system that combines wired and wireless communication for field instruments. Currently, TISCO's high-end cold-rolled oriented silicon steel production line can stably produce high-quality HiB steel.
