Technology Leadership: Independent Innovation Sets the Industry Standard 

CERI has leveraged "six-high cold rolling mill" technology as a key breakthrough, successfully developing core equipment technologies including the twenty-high rolling mill, skin pass mill, pickling, continuous annealing, continuous hot-dip galvanizing, electroplating, color coating, and finishing. With over 100 patents to its name, CERI has significantly enhanced the localization of cold rolling equipment technology. 

Our key equipment technologies for the combined pickling and rolling line include laser welding, high-tension tensile descaling, shallow-bath turbulent pickling, turret trimming, high-precision five/six-stand six-high cold rolling, high-speed shearing, concentric-shaft double coiling, and AC variable-frequency main drive. These technologies have met international standards of excellence, achieving stable operational speeds of up to 270 m/min for pickling and 1,500 m/min for rolling, while ensuring high product surface quality, high precision, high equipment stability, and low energy consumption. CERI has industrially applied these technologies at a rolling speed of 1,800 m/min and secured over 30 patents. 

Our key equipment technologies for the continuous galvanizing (aluminum zinc) line include multi-stage waste heat recovery, high-efficiency cleaning, patented furnace nose zinc ash control and cooling, large rolling force skin passing and online quick change, full-servo vertical roll coater, high-precision turret trimming shear, high-performance rotary shear, and high-stiffness adaptive belt wrapper. This production line is characterized by high automation, excellent plate surface quality control, robust shape adjustment capabilities, energy saving, and environmentally friendliness, allowing for the production of various coatings such as GI, GA, GL, and ZAM, all of which meet quality standards for steel used in industries including automotive, household appliances, and building materials. CERI's efforts in this area have resulted in over 20 patent applications. 

Practical Verification: Model Rolling Projects Showcase Our Core Strengths 

CERI's cold rolling equipment has demonstrated exceptional supply performance across various projects, including 3 cold continuous rolling mills, 22 combined pickling and rolling mills, 17 single-stand reversible rolling mills, and 6 single/double-stand skin pass mills. Over the past five years, the market share of our combined pickling and rolling mills has surpassed 60%, setting multiple industry records. 

The Qian'an SWKD 1420 Combined Pickling and Rolling Line, is the first in China to feature all domestically manufactured technical assemblies and equipment, capable of producing tinned, annealed, and galvanized plates with a maximum rolling speed of 1,350 m/min and the minimum product thickness of 0.18 mm. Compared to similar projects using imported equipment, this project reduced the construction period by 40% and saved 50% in investment while achieving quality that meets international advanced standards. 

The Shandong Huafeng 1420 Combined Pickling and Rolling Line, a model project completed with CERI serving as the general contractor for the electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, operates stably at a maximum rolling speed of 1,500 m/min. It achieves a monthly output of over 120,000 tons of thin-gauge galvanized plates, setting a new production capacity record for domestically manufactured mills and exemplifying the highest level of combined pickling and rolling technology in China. 

The Bensteel Pickling and Rolling Upgrade Project is the first in China to implement a comprehensive upgrade of foreign high-end equipment technology, successfully applying independently developed combined pickling and rolling technology to a top-tier cold rolling enterprise in China, fully replacing the imported high-end production line with Chinese technology. 

The Jiangxi Xinsteel 1550 mm single-stand skin pass mill serves the production of high-quality special steel and plain carbon steel. It features dual systems, including large-tension coiling and uncoiling, skin passing with both large and small roll systems, and emulsion and spraying skin passing. It is notable for being the first in China to successfully apply 10% large screw-down rolling and skin passing technology.

Fast delivery: the Hansteel No. 3 Cold Rolling Mill Continuous Annealing Line was completed in just 12.5 months, setting a new record for the construction period of similar projects in China. CERI's innovative approach includes the full localization of production line equipment for a large state-owned enterprise, incorporating advanced technologies such as high-efficiency electrolytic cleaning, rapid jet cooling, high rolling force skin passing, innovative tension straightening, high-precision trimming, a multi-stage waste heat exchange system, and a secondary control system for the annealing furnace. 

Product diversity: The Baosteel Huangshi Company's continuous aluminum-zinc coating line addresses diverse production needs by offering a range of coatings, including pure zinc, aluminum-zinc-silicon, aluminum-magnesium, and zinc-iron alloy, with a maximum capacity of 400,000 t/a, achieving the advanced level in China. The continuous hot-dip galvanizing process incorporates advanced technologies, such as the USS process or modified Sendzimir process, narrow-lap welding, efficient surface electrolytic cleaning, a multi-stage waste heat utilization system, large rolling force double-roll-system skin passing, innovative straightening, and a two-level furnace temperature control model. 

At the Forefront of the Industry Worldwide: Shandong Guanzhou's new color coating line features proprietary technology products independently developed by CERI, showcasing an array of advanced systems, including an efficient cleaning circulation system, roll coating, printing, film-laminating, online tension straightening, DTO, RTO, and catalytic incineration. The product quality and production line efficiency have reached an internationally advanced level, resulting in strong sales both domestically and internationally. 

Integrated production: Zhongshan Zhongyue Company's dual-purpose tin/chromium electroplating line incorporates equipment integration and production technology, achieving the highest standards in China and significantly contributing to the production of food packaging materials. The electroplating technology encompasses a soluble anode MSA electroplating process, electromagnetic induction heating, a vertical plating bath, and an electrolytic passivation section.
