Hebei Anfeng Steel's Cold Rolling Phase II Galvanizing Projects Fully Enter Production

On December 8, the No. 3 Hot-Dip Galvanizing Line of Hebei Anfeng Steel Tianchuang Cold Rolling Company successfully produced its first aluminum-zinc coated coil. This milestone marks the full production launch of the Anfeng Steel Cold Rolling Phase II Project, which was awarded to MCC Capital Engineering & Research Incorporation Limited (CERI) for equipment supply, thereby bringing the Phase II galvanizing projects to a successful conclusion.
The Phase II Galvanizing projects of Hebei Anfeng Steel comprise four continuous hot-dip galvanizing (including aluminum-zinc and aluminum-zinc-magnesium) lines, one recoiling line, an automatic logistics system, and two automatic packaging lines. This contract represents the largest galvanizing project ever signed by CERI.

In response to Hebei Anfeng Steel's industrial upgrade needs, and with a focus on the galvanizing project’s requirements for high-end home appliance plates, automotive plates, and aluminum-zinc-magnesium products, CERI has leveraged its extensive experience in galvanizing projects. Through independent innovation and integration, CERI has provided advanced technical solutions tailored to user requirements. The production line incorporates internationally advanced technologies, including the fully automatic welding machine, multi-stage high-efficiency cleaning section, INDUCTOTHERM large-capacity induction-heating coating pot, FOEN air knife, zinc coating closed-loop control system, furnace nose zinc ash control, FATA full servo vertical roll coater, large rolling force skin passing and online quick change devices, online roll surface cleaning system, high-precision turret trimming shear, automatic scrap edge coiling device, crank rotary shear, high-stiffness adaptive belt wrapper, and automatic labeling robot. These technologies ensure the line's capability to produce high-performance products with high-quality surfaces. The production line achieves full-process automatic control, equipped with an automatic logistics packaging system at the exit to support continuous, stable, and efficient production. Additionally, multi-stage combustion technology and an intelligent plate temperature control system work in conjunction with an online denitration system to enable energy savings and ultra-low emissions, thereby meeting goals for environmental friendliness and ultra-premium energy efficiency.
