CERI practices the principle of "transforming and upgrading traditional industries with digital intelligence technology" to promote the integration and innovation of digital technologies and application scenarios and empower the digital development of industries. CERI adopts a self-developed digital management and control platform, combining the industrial Internet, big data, artificial intelligence, VR/AR and other technologies to realize intelligent management of process interfaces and fully connect production, logistics, equipment, quality, safety, energy, environmental protection and other businesses. The digital twin application platforms at the levels of the company, processes, equipment and products of industrial enterprises are built to form a new mode of integrated management and control for industrial enterprises with data traceability, well-grounded management, effective decision-making, and visualized operation. Integrated solutions for digital and intelligent workshops helps enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency 

CERI insists on taking high-quality development as the guide and developing new quality productive forces according to local conditions. The company actively implements the practical requirements of "facilitating revolutionary breakthroughs in technology, innovative allocation of production factors, in-depth industrial transformation and upgrading". Based on the whole process production control, aiming at the pain points in the production workshop such as insufficient efficient real-time utilization of data, low production efficiency and difficult quality control, CERI applies advanced technologies, such as data analysis and artificial intelligence, and combines the intelligent equipment system, intelligent control system and collaborative optimization system to develop intelligent applications for production, operation and control. The company deeply adopts AI machine vision technology; the integrated complete sets of edge-end visual equipment with AI computing power is used, and intelligent algorithms such as image processing, deep learning and point cloud analysis are combined, so as to create an overall solution for digital and intelligent workshops and to help enterprises improve quality, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and develop in a green, safe and stable manner. Efforts are made to fulfill independence and controllability of key core technologies for intelligent equipment 

CERI has pragmatically promoted breakthroughs in key and core technologies in the field of industrial equipment, actively built an independent and controllable industrial chain and supply chain, and continued to fulfill "in-depth implementation of major technological transformation and upgrading as well as large-scale equipment renewal projects in the manufacturing sector to move the manufacturing sector toward higher-end, smarter, and greener production". The self-developed high-performance LV VFDs deal with the "stranglehold" of high-end equipment, and realize independence and controllability of key technologies and domestic substitution. A structure with a separation of the controller and module power unit is adopted in the design, enabling a quick replacement within 15 minutes. The integration level and localization rate of the latest generation of products have been greatly improved. The VFDs fully support IoT technology and low-code programming platforms; they have intelligent functions such as fault data recording and analysis, intelligent predictive maintenance and load observation. These VFDs serve as the core of intelligent equipment in the industrial field. The equipment has been successfully applied to more than 100 enterprises such as Baowu, HBIS Group, Ansteel and Shagang Group, and exported overseas. The product has not only been widely used in low-voltage transmission fields, such as steel rolling, BOF, rotary shear and medium-thick plates, in the metallurgical industry, but has also been widely used in blowers, water pumps and other fields requiring energy conservation.
