The release of this product, which was a significant reflection of the implementation of "striving to realize independent and controllable key core technologies" and "developing new quality productive forces", fully displayed the technical expertise of CERI Digital Technology Co., Ltd. in the field of industrial engineering variable-frequency drives (VFDs), and gave a new direction for high-end electrical intelligent equipment.
Breaking through technical bottlenecks for an ultimate "performance-size ratio"
The traditional high-power engineering VFD products have no longer met customers' actual needs and keep up with industrial technology development, due to the metallurgical industry's increasingly high demand for basic digital and intelligent technologies as well as requirements for product integration, power density and information integration of major electrical equipment. Led by scientific and technological innovation and focusing on the difficulties in industry development, CERI Digital Technology Co., Ltd. has broken the inherent technical barriers of the industry and launched a product of CERI's high-performance LV variable-frequency drive (VFD) with a single main control chip. The product has a core component size decreased by 75%, an integration level increased by 20%, and the core performance improved by 50%.

Efficient separation of core vector algorithm and intelligent control technology. The product adopts the 7-core ARM heterogeneous mode. For the dual-core A53, a real-time Linux operating system is deployed in the product to realize functional isolation between real-time tasks and non-real-time services, increasing CPU utilization by 200% and reducing task load fluctuation by 70%.
Built-in low code development platform. It supports mainstream network communication protocols and unblocks the "last kilometer" of data transmission for key basic electrical equipment. In the convenient programming environment, function development and parameter configuration can be carried out by dragging, which makes users' development much easier and realizes the extension from OT to IT technology.
Multiple network solutions. For the CortexR5F core, the product is used to fulfill the mainstream industrial protocols including the industrial real-time Ethernet Profinet, EtherCAT and Ethernet/IP, cancel the expansion of industrial network protocol chips, reduce the size of core components, and increase the integrated circuit density by more than 2 times. With the support of the main frequency of 800 MHz and massive memory DDR4, intelligent technologies such as core vector control algorithms and predictive maintenance of high-power engineering VFDs have broad development space.
Intelligent diagnostics and predictive maintenance. The classical digital electromechanical model is built on the theoretical basis of process design, mechanical equipment characteristics and electrical equipment. With the actual on-site data of the electrical variable frequency drive and basic automation PLC as the core, big data and intelligent technology are used to continuously optimize and learn the engineering mathematical model parameters of on-site equipment, realizing the technical integration of process design and actual engineering and data-driven operation of physical models. The intelligent analogy is made between field data and model data to fulfill intelligent diagnosis and predictive maintenance of equipment.
WEB man-machine interface for more efficient data
The WEB HMI technology built in the product accelerates the development of engineering VFD products from the "black box" type to a "transparent" type, ensuring that the internal parameters and key data of the product are "clear at a glance". Internet secondary development technology helps different users independently develop HMI man-machine interfaces, and thus different customers in different industries and those with various types of work can view their concerned data respectively, fulfilling more accurate and people-oriented data services.
