In the field of ultra-low emission, CERI, with its advanced technology, efficient solutions and rich experience and performance, has broken down barriers and blockages and successfully won the bids for Ansteel's Environmental Protection Conveying Project of Ironmaking Dedusting Dust, Ultra-Low Emission Renovation Project of Iron Mill of LY Steel (Hunan Valin Lianyuan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd.) and Ultra-Low Emission Project of Xinyu Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd. CERI has set a new benchmark for green transition in the iron and steel industry by comprehensively helping customers achieve exhaust gas emissions far below the national emission standards, greatly reduce particulate matter emissions in key processes, and improve the quality of the working environment and atmospheric environment through in-depth treatment in ironmaking, steelmaking and steel rolling processes. 

Desulfurization and denitration businessPreserving blue skies, leading development, and yielding success through independent R&D 

In the field of desulfurization and denitration business, CERI, by virtue of the efficient, stable and economical desulfurization and denitrification system, has successfully won the bid for the efficiency improvement project of desulfurization and denitrification for coke oven flue gas in a steel mill in Hebei Province. In the project, the desulfurization technology with circulating fluidized beds that has been independently developed by CERI will be used, and an efficient and stable hyperbolic venturi and energy-saving hybrid full-load adjustable system will be adopted, so as to lower the SO2 concentration from 3,000 mg/Nm3 to below 10 mg/Nm3. The efficiency of desulfurization will be up to 99.67%. The SO2 removal indicator will be close to an indicator in the zero emission. The desulfurization technology will be internationally advanced, leading the innovative development of desulfurization technology in the domestic iron and steel industry. 

Business of dust removal for coal gasAddressing at the source, purifying for the future, and gaining a good field reputation for new achievements 

In the field of dust removal for coal gas, CERI's marketing team leads the design team to understand customers' pains and difficulties and find out key demands through several site surveys, and establish an optimized scheme requiring lower customers' costs through scheme discussion and optimization based on actual site conditions. Through precise design, all-sided planning and meticulous general layout, CERI has won the bid for Xinyu Iron Steel's upgrading and reconstruction project of primary dust removal for converters. CERI vigorously promotes the dust removal technology for converter coal gas that has advantages including "efficient dust removal, deep defogging, intelligence, low energy consumption and easy maintenance" to realize control at sources, effectively solving the problem of dust-caused pollution and improving coal gas quality.
