The intelligent manufacturing system built by CERI Digital Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (CERI Digital Technology Co., Ltd.) for Taiyuan Heavy Casting & Forging Sub-Co., TYHI was fully launched. This is another intelligent project by CERI Digital Technology Co., Ltd. after the intelligent manufacturing project for CFHI.
Taiyuan Heavy Casting & Forging Sub-Co., TYHI, is a core subsidiary of Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. As an intelligent manufacturing project covering the whole casting and forging process, this project involves intelligent equipment upgrading, IoT data acquisition platforms, whole-line process control models and whole-process MES systems. In view of the management difficulties caused by factors such as various products, complex processes, long process flows and the automation level requiring improvement of the Taiyuan Heavy Casting & Forging Sub-Co., TYHI, CERI Digital Technology Co., Ltd. cooperated with Shanxi TZ Digitization & Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. to jointly establish an overall manufacturing solution for the Taiyuan Heavy Casting & Forging Sub-Co., TYHI, which covers the equipment layer to the execution layer and then to the operation management layer, helping the subsidiary to solve problems and break bottlenecks in production management by digital and intelligent means and supporting the grand blueprint for digital factory construction of the subsidiary.
On the basis of the development direction consisting of "refinement, internationalization, high-end orientation, and intelligence", CERI Digital Technology Co., Ltd. uses advanced technical architecture and management concepts to promote the full-cycle production efficiency and management level of Taiyuan Heavy Casting & Forging Sub-Co., TYHI, from multiple dimensions such as automation, informatization, and intelligence. Specifically, intelligent transformation of process equipment and measuring equipment is carried out to improve the automation and intelligence level of production lines; a full-cycle control system is built to improve the accuracy of process execution and the timeliness of production tracking; the whole-process MES system optimization and management mode is adopted to fulfill the information exchange and process collaboration with other information systems of Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., making the production organization of Taiyuan Heavy Casting & Forging Sub-Co., TYHI, more scientific, the production management more refined and the production process more intelligent. In the next step, CERI Digital Technology Co., Ltd. will further upgrade and optimize the system functions based on the actual operation of the system and the challenges and needs in the management of Taiyuan Heavy Casting & Forging Sub-Co., TYHI, contributing to the digital transformation of Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.
