On April 11, the Waste Heat Power Generation Works of Coking and Power Generation Project of Hebei Taihang Iron and Steel Group successfully passed the completion acceptance. CERI is the General Contractor and CERI Kelin Company is the complete set equipment supplier of the Works.

The Works include 8 HRSGs and 4 steam turbine generator units, involving large work quantities and tight schedules. Facing adverse effects such as COVID-19 and continuous rainfall during implementation, the project team ruthlessly took safety measures, diligently expedited construction, and meticulously managed construction quality, ensuring on-schedule and high-quality completion with first-class services and winning a banner and a letter of thanks from the Owner showing its full recognition.

The Works adopt the patented technology of the same header system for the reheat boiler and single-pressure boiler innovated by CERI and advanced and modernized energy-saving cleaner production equipment. Despite the technical difficulties and system complexities, the Works were implemented smoothly, which is of great significance to the industrial transformation of Taihang Iron and Steel Group and its further building of a green production line.
