On November 8, the comprehensive completion acceptance meeting for the fourth batch and the whole works of 2,700 KTA High-quality Special Steel Project of Linyi Iron and Steel Investment Group Special Steel Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the Intelligent Control Center of Linyi Iron and Steel Investment Group Special Steel Co., Ltd.

At the acceptance meeting, the Designer, Construction Contractor, Supervisor, project management unit and other responsible subjects reported their work successively according to the process. The Supervisor reviewed the engineering data and issued qualified acceptance opinions. The head of the production department of the Employer emphasized the positive performance of the equipment during the comprehensive completion and acceptance of the project. They stated that since the start of production, the Linyi High-quality Special Steel Project has maintained stable production operations and demonstrated reliable equipment quality. Leaders of all parties present spoke highly of the construction of the Linyi High-quality Special Steel Project and fully affirmed CERI's high-quality service.

The Project has a total of 220 unit works, which were put into operation on August 9, 2023, and the comprehensive completion acceptance was carried out in 4 batches. Since the first batch of comprehensive completion acceptance was completed on August 8, 2023, the Project has achieved a smooth overall acceptance in just over two months, creating a miracle in comprehensive acceptance of metallurgical projects. This achievement demonstrates the strong capabilities of CERI as the "national team" in metallurgical construction and sets a new benchmark in the industry.

CERI, guided by technology, has adopted more than 200 patents or proprietary technologies in the Linyi High-quality Special Steel Project. The Project fully applies the new generation of steel recyclable process production technology, focuses on intelligent manufacturing, promotes industrial transformation and upgrading, and guides green consumption. Materials were received at No. 1 and No. 2 material warehouses in the raw material yard on May 12, 2022. The hot test of the sintering machine was carried out on July 12, 2022, and blast furnace iron tapping was realized on August 25, 2022. The hot tests of the converter, continuous casting line and 1# medium bar line in steel rolling area were carried out on August 27, 2022... The first-class in China and world-advanced long-process steel manufacturing base with 2,700 KTA high-quality special steel has been fully completed, and CERI, the general contractor of the Project, has fulfilled its commitments to the Owner.
