On August 10, CERI signed a supply contract for 2 sets of galvanizing/aluminum-zinc engineering equipment with PT. Lautan Steel Indonesia. The main products of the project are positioned as high-grade building material boards, and the capacity to produce household appliance boards is reserved. Among them, the products of No. 1 galvanizing unit are GL and GI dual-purpose lines, and No. 2 galvanizing unit is a special production line for GL. The two lines are respectively equipped with efficient cleaning equipment to ensure the surface cleanliness of strip steel, reduce pollution in subsequent processes and prolong the service life of equipment. An energy-saving annealing furnace is designed to ensure product quality and reduce energy consumption. The layout of zinc pot area equipment such as zinc pot, three roll six arm and air knife is compact and reasonable, which is convenient for operation. The two-bending and two-straightening wet tension leveler is of mature design, which has a strong ability to improve plate shape. The inlet and outlet are designed with double uncoiling and double coiling, and the number of loopers is sufficient to meet continuous production.
