On August 8, the first batch of comprehensive completion acceptance meeting for the 2.7 MTA high-quality special steel project of Linyi Iron and Steel Investment Group Special Steel Co., Ltd. was successfully held in the Intelligent Management and Control Center of Linyi Iron and Steel Investment Group Special Steel Co., Ltd. The Employer, project management unit, Supervisor, Designer and Construction Contractor attended the meeting.

Linyi High-quality Special Steel Project is the largest single contract project in the development history of more than 70 years of CERI, a key project in Linyi City and a key construction project in Shandong Province. The Project commenced construction in October 2020 and achieved full production for Series I and II projects by October 2022. With its immense scale and complex project groups, the project consists of more than 200 unit works. After thorough communication with the Employer, project management unit, Supervisor and other relevant units, it has been agreed to adopt a comprehensive completion acceptance approach for the project, taking the unit works as the acceptance unit. This approach integrates the completion acceptance and settlement processes, "paralleling" the work interfaces and "linking" the work processes to achieve a streamlined operation and ensure effective coordination of work. There are 34 unit works in the first batch of comprehensive completion acceptance.

At the comprehensive completion acceptance meeting, the Designer, Construction Contractor, Supervisor, project management unit and other responsible subjects reported their work successively according to the process. The Supervisor reviewed the data of the first batch of completion acceptance works and issued favorable acceptance opinions. The person in charge of the production department of the Employer specifically acknowledged the operational status of the equipment in the first batch of comprehensive completion acceptance works and expressed that the Linyi High-quality Special Steel Project has been running smoothly since its inception, with reliable equipment quality.

During the implementation of the Linyi High-quality Special Steel Project, the Project Department strictly controlled the quality of every small aspect, improved construction standards, and achieved a 100% approval rate from the Employer, project management unit, Supervisor, and government regulatory authorities. The project also achieved a 100% success rate in hot load test run and had no major quality accidents, demonstrating outstanding achievements. All parties participating in the meeting agreed that: 1) The quality control data of the first batch of unit works for comprehensive completion acceptance are complete, valid and meet the filing requirements; 2) Safety and function verification meet the requirements, and the main use functions meet the requirements; 3) The appearance quality is excellent; 4) Acceptance organization, procedures, contents, personnel qualifications, implementation acceptance specifications and standards all meet the requirements.
