On May 16, the color coating unit of Shanxi Jinggang Group cold rolling EPC project contracted by CERI was successfully put into hot test at one time with the product quality up to standard.

The color coating unit adopts the self-owned equipment technology of CERI, with an annual design capacity of more than 200,000 tons and product specifications of 0.2-1.6mm × 900-1300mm. The unit adopts the production process of double coating and double baking, and is equipped with welding machine + sewing machine, vertical looper, efficient cleaning cycle system, U-shaped fine coating for on-line rapid color change, closed-loop control of paint film, cold/hot lamination, on-line embossing and leveling, on-line temperature and shape control, RTO, catalytic incineration, waste heat recovery and recycling, on-line monitoring of exhaust gas concentration and other domestic leading technologies. While meeting the production needs of custom-tailored color coated sheets, it can achieve a high production speed of 160m/min.

The color coating unit is the seventh main process production line successfully put into operation following the acid rolling combined unit, which marks the complete opening-up of the whole process production system of the project "PLTCM - galvanizing - color coating products", confirms the superior comprehensive technical strength of CERI in whole process cold rolling equipment and realizes the real leap forward in CERI's general contracting business mode of the whole process cold rolling project.
