On April 18, the Shenzhen Metro Line 12 supervised by CERIS successfully completed the 35kV energization of the whole line, providing electric power guarantee for whole-line hot running, system joint commissioning and trial operation.

The 35kV whole-line energization of Shenzhen Metro Line 12 was officially on April 15. In the process of energization, the operators strictly followed the scheme of energization and the requirements for switching operation. Under close cooperation between the two energization teams, the 35kV energization operation was successfully completed, which took about 25 hours in total.

The 35kV energization was a significant milestone for the equipment installation, which was not only a test of the quality of power supply system installation, but also the prerequisite for equipment commissioning. To ensure the 35kV energization work can be carried out in an orderly manner, CERIS organized each participating unit to carry out the training for specific energization process, technical disclosure for safety management, condition acceptance before the energization, and the deployment meetings for energization work. As both the safety protection and the status of equipment on the construction site were confirmed in advance, the “final test” of the whole-line 35kV power supply system was finally completed with high quality.
