Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China released the list of 2022 Excellent Industrial Internet APP Solutions, and the general industrial APP "VR-based Solution to Digital Equipment Operation and Maintenance" of CERI was on the list.

The VR-based Digital Equipment Operation and Maintenance App uses VR technology to apply the core equipment operation and maintenance process of the virtual factory of iron and steel enterprise to various processes such as stock yard, ironmaking, steelmaking and steel rolling through simulation, and supports multiple functions such as equipment disassembly and assembly, drawing and file management, equipment maintenance and intelligent patrol inspection, fully displaying the whole process of digital operation and maintenance in the factory. At present, this solution has been promoted and applied in many enterprises such as Jiangyin Xingcheng Special Steel Works, HBIS Group Tangsteel Company, Zijin Copper, and Linyi Special Steel, and it effectively alleviates the problems of high cost, low efficiency and long time consumption of traditional equipment operation and maintenance, and achieves the effect of reducing shutdown losses and saving operation and maintenance labor and time costs.
