Recently, CERI Manufacturing Executive & Managing System Co., Ltd.（hereafter referred as CERIMS） signed the contract of the digital construction project of special steel bars with Lingyuan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd（hereafter referred as Lingyuan).

Digitalization construction project of Lingyuan special steel bars combines with the current situation of Lingyuan and peer mature technology of intelligent manufacturing in domestic, which accelerates the implementation progress of digital transformation, and takes the lead in implementing digital construction in the steelmaking process of the special steel division and the steel bar rolling workshop. 

This project includes adaptive modification of equipment and control systems, manufacturing execution platform, big data of quality platform and digital twin platform. According to industrial internet, big data, the cloud calculation, digital twin, artificial intelligence and other new generation information technology applications, the process control, process quality analysis and trend as well as control of the production cost of the intelligent optimization model of special steel are realized, to build a visual, controllable and manageable digital twin production lines, and contribute Lingyuan to achieve the target of the most stable quality, the highest efficiency and the lowest cost.
