On Nov. 17th , China Metallurgical Group Corporation organized the qualification meeting of scientific and technological achievements in Beijing. The meeting was held in a combination of online and offline. Qualification expert committee consisted of 7 industry authoritative experts and three scientific and technological achievements completed by CERI were qualified, which are research and application of control and management platform for green digital and intelligent raw materials filed , development and application of dry full recovery technology for blast furnace equalizing gas and key process and equipment technology of high-efficient RH refining for clean steel.

Experts from the qualification committee listened to the report from companies who completed the achievements , reviewed all qualification materials, and after fully discussion and communication, made high appraisal and unanimous determination for the three innovative achievements:

Innovative achievement about Research and Application of Control and Management Platform for Green Digital and Intelligent Raw Material Field reaches to the international leading level

The achievement has full intellectual property rights and has been awarded 5 patents and 9 software copyrights, 2 standards have been formed, one of them is national standard, which have been successfully applied in raw material field projects in Shougang Jingtang Iron&Steel, Jiangyin Xincheng Special Steel and Lingyuan Iron& Steel, etc.

Innovative achievement about development and application of dry full recovery technology for blast furnace equalizing gas

The achievement has full intellectual property rights and has been awarded 11 patents, and 4 papers were published, which have been successfully applied in total of 59 blast furnaces in Xincheng Special Steel, Hbis Laoting Steel and Tianjing Steel, etc. It has obtained remarkable economic, social and environmental benefits and has very high promotion and application value.

The innovative achievement about key process and equipment technology of high-efficient RH refining for clean steel have reached the international advanced level as a whole, among which mechanical vacuum pump system of low-energy consumption mechanical RH and horizontal moving oxygen lance with three dollies and five working stations have reached to the international leading level.

The achievement has been authorized for 10 patents, 4 papers have been published, 15 sets have been promoted and applied in the project in NISCO and SHISTEEL company, etc. The technical and economic indicators are advanced, and the economic and social benefits are remarkable, which has improved RH production efficiency and the quality of grade steel for iron&steel companies, has high promotion and application value.

Three innovative achievements qualified at this time all reflect the development direction of green, energy-saving, high efficiency, high quality and intelligent, which is the centralized display of company innovation work in recent, also shows the pioneering and innovative spirit of CERI moving forward in the direction of continuous and high-quality development.
