On October 30, the No. 2 heating furnace of the intelligent upgrading and transformation project of Taigang Stainless Steel medium-thickness plate contracted CERI Phoenix Furnace based on EPC was successfully ignited.

The intelligent upgrading and transformation project of Taigang Stainless Steel medium-thickness plate is a major measure taken by Baowu Group to build TISCO into a leader in global stainless steel industry, which is of great significance for adjusting the product mix of TISCO. CERI Phoenix Furnace has built 2 stainless steel heating furnaces and 1 stainless steel solution heat treatment furnace for the project. Among them, No. 1 heating furnace has been completed and put into operation, with stable operation achieved, and the construction of solution heat treatment furnace is making steady progress.

The meticulous design by CERI Phoenix Furnace has resulted in more reasonable and smooth plane layout. The adoption of multiple advanced technologies and products such as low NOX burner, intelligent steel reheating control, precise control of combustion and atmosphere in the furnace, energy saving and consumption reduction, and ultra-low particulate emission has significantly improved the heating quality and intelligent level of products, raised the level in energy saving and consumption reduction, met the ultra-low emission standards of the steel industry and achieved green and low-carbon production.
