On Feb. 23rd , Chengdu Financial Square, the new landmark in the south of Chengdu, supervised by Beijing CERIS International Engineering & Consulting Co., Ltd (hereafter referred as CERIS) made great progress again, after intense lifting for 11 hours, the final arc-shaped main truss for jujube skylight was successfully lifted 63.3 meters, reaching to the designated location, which marks the official completion of the lifting of the entire skylight steel structure . 

Chengdu Financial Square is located at the intersection of Tianfu road and east Jinshang road, which consists of 5 towers, 5 basements and 11th floors of commercial podium. The project integrates super five-star hotels, serviced apartments, super grade office buildings, large-scale businesses and high-grade residences, as the landmark building in the core area of the Financial City, it will become one of the largest scale, most complete formats and the highest grade urban high-end complexes in Chengdu and even in the western region together with Chengdu Yintai Center after completion. 

For 11th commercial roofs between No.5 building, total weight of its steel structure is about 403 tons, which is relatively representative in the whole country now, it is also a key difficulties of the entire steel construction. The jujube-shaped skylight of Chengdu Financial Square project is transparent and beautiful, which is rare in the industry, its steel structure consists of 2 arc main trusses, 4 secondary trusses and 25 H-shaped steel beams, No. 1 main truss that has been lifted at this time has a span of 39 meters and 63 meters clearance from the ground, how to solve the installation of high-altitude arc inverted triangular truss is the key point and also difficulty of the entire skylight steel structure improvement. 

Due to this truss has features of large weight, large span and high lifting distance, the project innovatively adopted a heavy-duty hydraulic synchronous lifting construction technology, which completed the steel structure lifting at one time, and successfully completed welding with the reserved section at the top. 

Recently, except for No.1 building whose main structure is being constructed, other buildings of Chengdu Financial Square project have completed the main structure construction, and entered the stage of large-scale secondary structure and decoration. It is expected to be completed in 2024.
