At 8:58 am of Mar. 24th , No.1 converter of Linyi special steel project contracted(EPC) by CERI was successfully pushed. Wang Wensheng, the general manager, and other leaders of Linyi Iron and Steel Investment Group Special Steel Co., Ltd. visited on site, witnessed this important moment with the person from project department and construction units, and fully affirmed the project management level of CERI.

The pushing of converter is the important milestone node of the steelmaking construction of Linyi special steel project, which has great significance to the smooth promotion of the overall project. During the process of converter pushing, the additive bay of casting crane with 240 tons is used to put ring support and shell on the specific pushing bench at the two buggy ladles, 4 sets of hydraulic devices are installed after adjusting the position of shell and ring support, the shell and ring support with the weight of 380 tons are pushed into place by hoisting and pulling two buggy ladles synchronously, the process is complex, which puts forward higher requirements for construction organizations on site.
