Recently, the Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China officially released the List of Pilot Projects for Application of Intelligent Manufacturing Standards in 2022, and a total of 59 pilot projects for the application of intelligent manufacturing standards were selected nationwide. The project of "Pilot Application of Intelligent Factory Construction Standards in the Iron and Steel Industry" jointly developed by CERI Dingyu Company and Henan Jiyuan Iron & Steel Group was on the List, and the factory built therefrom is one of the three demonstration factories for the application of intelligent manufacturing standards in the domestic iron and steel industry.

As the general responsible unit of the Intelligent Manufacturing Project of Henan Jiyuan Iron & Steel Group, CERI Dingyu Company is working with Henan Jiyuan Iron & Steel Group to build a new generation of intelligent factory in the iron and steel industry according to the requirements of relevant national intelligent manufacturing standards, covering the company's integrated production and marketing system, big data quality analysis system, integrated steel rolling MES system, intelligent energy management system, intelligent logistics system, secondary expert control model, etc. The big data quality analysis system involved is the first whole-process quality analysis system for steel rolling based on big data in the industry. With the help of the massive data processing capability and AI learning capability of the big data platform, the system has realized the functions of dynamic quality monitoring and early warning, whole-process quality tracing, intelligent quality analysis and prediction, etc. for integrated steel making and rolling, has won the first prize of excellent computer software awarded by industry associations for many times, and has been recognized as an international advanced quality analysis system by the Nonferrous Metals Society of China.
