Recently, the Virtual Plant Project of 5500 Thick Plate Production Line of Ansteel Bayuquan Branch passed completion acceptance. The Project undertaken by CERI is an important achievement in CERI's supporting the digital development of Ansteel and empowering the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries with new productivity.

Based on the independent controllable platform, the Project innovatively integrates simulation, AI, and other landing scenarios to expand the capability of the digital management and control platform. The digital twin technology empowers the enterprise to achieve more agile, efficient, and refined decision-making management of production and operation. It is another intelligent application case after CERI's digital management and control platform helps enterprises improve their digital management and control capabilities. 

In the Project, CERI's digital management and control platform fully integrates key business data of production, quality, inventory, cost, output and sales, logistics, energy, and equipment. Through an advanced algorithm model, it simulates a virtual plant in synchronous steel rolling, realizing the digital twin modeling of the real to the virtual and visualizing the data-driven production operation, material tracking, equipment monitoring, and energy consumption. With the digital twin technology, the multi-dimensional data board is presented on a three-dimensional map to visually display real-time data including production line status, material tracking, inventory changes, and steel plate lifting paths. In addition, the technology realizes the backtracking of product production processes and the simulation of production processes for new orders, ensuring synchronous real-time and correlative tracing of production data while providing in-depth data analysis and auxiliary decision support functions. The platform realizes data traceability, well-grounded management, and effective decision-making, creating a mode of efficient analysis and decision-making management and visualized operation management. 

The brand-new intelligent virtual plant of thick plate production line built by CERI is a successful practice of new productivity promoting reform of enterprise management mode.
