(I) Three Roll Mandrel Mills
CERI has intellectual property rights for rolling models and mechanical equipment of Three Roll Mandrel Mills at the top international level. Specifications ranging from Φ168mm, Φ273mm, Φ460mm to Φ508mm, meeting all the requirements of API and other international standards.
(II) Rotary Expander Mills
As a leader of the Roller Type Rotary Expander Steel Pipe Technology of China, CERI designed the first Rotary Expander Mill in China for a 720mm inclined roller type rotary expansion tube mill at Tianjin Steel Pipe Company. Compared to Drawn and Pushed Tube Expander Mills, tubes produced by Rotary Expander Mills have the advantages of

(III) Piercing Mills
CERI developed the conical roller piercing mill with high perforation efficiency and high steel pipe quality and yield. The piercing product specification ranges from Φ50mm to Φ508mm, fulfilling requirements for various specifications and applications.
(IV) Stretch Reducing / Sizing Mills
By using three-roll rolling stands, split-type housing and single stand drive, the stretch reducing/sizing mill independently developed by CERI provides precise speed and tension control, and high product quality and precision. The product specification of the steel pipe stretch reducing/sizing mill of ten sizes ranges from Φ23mm to Φ720mm, fulfilling requirements for various specifications and applications.
3. Pipe Welding
As a leader in the field of pipe welding and cold forming plants in China, CERI has numerous references for engineering, design and equipment supply of UOE, JCOE, RB, ERW, SSAW production lines and large-size straight seam welded pipe (UOE/JOOE) production lines.
The Baosteel UOE project commissioned by CERI is a longitudinal submerged arc welding unit of the world top technical level. The project won the first prize of National Excellent Engineering Design of Metallurgical Industry.
The BSS (Qinhuangdao) JCOE welded pipe project won the first prize of National Excellent Engineering Design of Metallurgical Industry in 2013.
