    Project scope:
    The comprehensive stock yard is designed for 1.2 million t/y hot metal, includes 3 material strips with the area of 90,000m2 (capacity of 275,000t), raw material processing facilities and other auxiliary facilities. The arrangement of cantilever type bucket-wheel reclaimer can realize simultaneous operation for both systems.

  • Tangshan 10 MT/Y Comprehensive Stock Yard Project

    Location: China
    Project scope:
    Designed for 10,000,000t/y hot metal, the storage area is 1,117,000m2, capacity is 5,462,000t, and the total weight of equipment is 29,867t.
    C70 double-car-dumper automatic unloading equipment with capacity up to 2800t/h.
    Stockyard material piling and taking capacity: 7500t/h of piling, belt speed 4m/s, turning radius 55m.

  • Shanghai No. 1 Blast Furnace Revamping Project

    Project scope:
    Baosteel No. 1 blast furnace originally imported from Japan with the volume of 4063m³ running starting from 1985 had been shut down in 1996. The revamping project done by CERI was successfully put into production in 1997. This is the first revamping project for ultra-large blast furnace in China. It demonstrated the higher level of Chinese BF iron-making technology.
